Washington State Kitchen and Bath Becomes an Xactimate Contractor for Fire and Flood Restorations and Will Pay Sales Tax For Customers Through February

Seattle, Washington –

January 23, 2014 (PRWEB) January 24, 2014 -- Washington State Kitchen and Bath is proud to announce its new affiliation with Xactimate, an estimating tool that includes desktop, online, and mobile platforms. WSKB is now a certified, recommended Xactimate contractor and can help customers who have suffered both fire and flood damage rebuild quickly and cost effectively. Most insurance companies require that contractors utilize Xactimate software when estimating both the demolition of the disaster as well as the rebuild.

Utilizing an Xactimate Estimator reduces claim cycle time, as Xactimate’s cloud technology will allow WSKB to access information from anywhere – the office, customer’s homes, or other claim locations.

To celebrate it’s new partnership with Xactimate, Washington State Kitchen and Bath is offering a limited time promotion. Through February, the company will pay customers’ sales tax on new purchases. To receive the sales tax promotion, all materials must be purchased and furnished by Washington State Kitchen and Bath from their preferred vendors. Customers cannot supply their own materials. This discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or deferred financing offers.

Washington State Kitchen and Bath has ten years of experience helping customers across Puget Sound realize their remodeling and restoration dreams. WSKB is also a Veteran’s Affairs approved contractor, is certified in mold inspection, and enjoys a top rating on Angie’s List.

US Federal Contractor Registration: Contractors Check FedBizOpps for Relief Contracts from Winter Storm Janus

Orlando, FL (PRWEB) January 24, 2014

Registered government contractors have been checking FedBizOpps for procurement officers posting new solicitations due to Winter Storm Janus. The very low temperatures and several feet of snow in the Midwest and Northeast have caused technical and mechanical issues with federal projects. In times of need, the federal government will hire government contractors to help repair the damage from natural disasters. In order to work for the federal government contractors must first be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).

SAM is the federal government’s database in which every contractor interested in federal contracts, grants and awards must be registered in. However, the SAM registration since its birth has brought nothing but problems to contractors. The Georgia Tech Procurement Technical Assistance Center “estimates that a high percentage of the 600,000 firms presently registered in SAM have errors in their records. The mistakes range from misspelled words to empty data fields, to incomplete entries, to selection of incorrect procurement codes, and other flaws. As a result, these vendors miss-out on government contract opportunities either because they are screened out for not exhibiting attention to detail or because of incomplete information they cannot be identified by government buyers.” That is why US Federal Contractor Registration, the world’s largest and most trusted third party registration has been helping businesses well before the inception of SAM with their government registration.

US Federal Contractor Registration has registered private sector businesses such as McGraw Hill, HP, Wells Fargo, Xerox, GoodWill, Dixie, UPS, Heinz, Sheraton Hotels, Marriott, Westin, Interstate Oil, CITI, and Coldwell Banker. As well as academic institutions and colleges like NYC, Northwestern, Oxford, Southwestern, and Mercer. Numerous federal agencies like US Army, US Navy, Veteran Affairs and United States Department of Agriculture have also had their government paperwork facilitated by US Federal Contractor Registration Case Managers.

US Federal Contractor Registration pairs businesses with a dedicated Case Manager who help them every step of the way, from initial registration to bidding on contracts. If you are not registered in SAM or are an existing member and due for your Semi Annual Check Up, call the Contractor Helpline at (877) 252-2700 Ext 1. You can also register for government contracts on US Federal Contractor Registration’s website at https://www.uscontractorregistration.com/. Winning bids and getting a good foothold in the federal marketplace can be difficult, that is why US Federal Contractor Registration will help businesses every step of the way making sure businesses not only survive but thrive.
