University of London Computer Centre (ULCC) announces Ephorus partnership

London, UK: The University of London Computer Centre (ULCC), the leading IT service provider to the UK education sector, and Ephorus, the Dutch-based provider of plagiarism prevention, today announced a new strategic partnership.
